Flow is led by Andy Greene, an organisational capability and team development specialist.

Before starting Flow in 2022, Andy worked for fourteen years at Brand Learning, a company focused on building marketing capabilities. It was bought by Accenture in 2017 where Andy designed programmes to support marketing transformation. Interventions typically strengthened cultural ways of working by innovating processes followed by skills development.

His experience spans diverse team structures, from functional to cross-functional, in the UK, across Europe, and beyond. Andy works with other consultants to bring in the right expertise depending upon your needs.
